Electronics retail keeps centre hours
HiFi Corp stores sit inside shopping centres and retail parks, so the centre sets the outer limit on opening and closing. When a centre changes its hours for a public holiday or a seasonal period, the store follows.
Saturday closing is earlier than a weekday at most stores and Sunday earlier again, both set per store rather than nationally.
Big purchases need time, not just an open door
Buying an appliance or a television usually involves a credit application, a delivery booking or a collection from a back area, and none of those is quick. Arriving shortly before closing is rarely enough.
If your visit involves finance or delivery, go earlier in the day rather than at the end of it.
Delivery and collection run separately
Delivery slots and collection cut-offs are set independently of trading hours and are usually narrower. A store being open does not mean a same-day delivery can still be booked, and a collection counter may close before the till.
Public holidays and sale periods
Public holiday hours replace the regular schedule for that date. Electronics retailers also extend hours around major sale events, so a schedule checked outside those periods may understate rather than overstate the times.

Use the official HiFi Corp store finder to identify the exact store and its address, then confirm hours with that store directly.
Note the locator path is written as one word. Guessing a hyphenated address will not reach it.
