Bankmed Operating Hours

Bankmed’s standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 13:00.^[6]

For general administrative purposes, such as member queries or visits to the main offices, Bankmed Medical Scheme operates weekdays from 08:00 until 16:30.^[1]

Additionally, a 24-hour call center is available for all inquiries, accessible at 1270 or +961 1 70 80 90.^[2] Members in South Africa also have access to a 24-hour medical advice line at 0860 999 911 for guidance from a registered nurse.^[3][4]
