Vodacom does not publish one national schedule. Hours are set per branch, so a single set of times for the whole network would be wrong. Use the official locator for the exact branch you plan to visit. Vodacom branch locator.
Official store locator publishes hours per store and they vary widely across the network, so no single national schedule applies. The locator also lists independently branded dealer stores alongside Vodacom-branded ones.
Checked on 6 September 2026 against vodacom.co.za, which publishes no schedule covering every branch. Hours can change at short notice, especially on public holidays. Confirm with the branch before travelling.

Sunday hours vary more than any other day
Vodacom’s own store locator shows how wide the spread is. Among the stores listed, Sunday trading runs from as late as 21:00 at one store down to a 12:00 close at another, and some do not trade on Sunday at all. There is no Sunday time that holds across the network.
This is the day to check rather than assume, particularly if you are travelling to a store for something that needs staff rather than a shelf.
The locator lists dealer stores too
Not every store in the Vodacom locator carries the Vodacom name. Independently branded dealer stores appear alongside Vodacom-branded ones, and they set their own hours.
Match the store by its address rather than by the name you expect to see. A store listed under a different brand in your local centre may still be the Vodacom point you are looking for, and its hours will be its own.
Service availability is not the same as the door being open
Much of what people visit a Vodacom store for depends on staff and systems rather than shelves. SIM swaps, contract upgrades, migrations and account changes all need a consultant and a working connection to the back-end systems.
Arriving shortly before closing rarely leaves enough time for these, and a system outage can stop them while the store stays open for accessories and airtime. If your visit depends on one of these, go well inside the trading window and phone the store first.

The official Vodacom store locator lists each store with its address, phone number and its own opening and closing times, so it answers the hours question directly rather than only telling you where the store is.
